CAPE MUSTARD - HONEY

The gentle honey flavour goes so well with potato salads, smoked fish and hams. Excellent on sand- wiches with cheese, and in a salad with chedda , apple, celery and sunflower seeds.

A Cape crush-grain mustard with mild dill flavour. Really good with egg salads, fish, potato salad, smoked chicken and pork, as well as dark-rye breads, cheese boards and salad platters.

CAPE MUSTARD - SUNDRIED TOMATO 

The richness of sundried tomato is pefect for beef and roast vegetable dishes. Stir into roast tomatoes and garlic, serve with rare roast beef and creamy mashed potatoes. Great in roast tomato, garlic, aubergine and red peppers.

CAPE MUSTARD - PEPPERDROP

The fruity flavour with a distinct spike of chilli goes exceptionally well with smoked meats and fish: also cold, roast beef. Great in dressings for salads with rocket, fried Halloumi, pumpkin seeds, marinaded aubergine, semi-dried tomatoes and artichoke.

TOMATO & MANGO CHUTNEY

Just real fruit, onions and spice - no sugar added. Tomato & Mango has a slightly tropical edge that works well with a range of curries (vegetarian, seafood, lamb or chicken) and sandwiches with smoked fish.
